First Community Credit Union plans to build a single-story 7,000 square foot building with drive-up window at 1069 SE 15th Street. The current lot is currently vacant and located just to the north of the Splash n’ Dash Car Wash and Expressway. A new sign has been posted at proposed site location.
Plans for the new branch were submitted to the city in September of 2021 (image below) while site work and construction dates are still in progress. Upon opening, First Community Credit union will be able to provide Southeast Bend community members with access to a comprehensive range of financial solutions as well as a drive through ATM.
